"Jump Then Fall" is a song recorded by American country pop singer Taylor Swift. The song is present in the "Platinum Edition" of her second studio album "Fearless". Due to the re-release of the album, along with some song's performances, debuted on many music charts, including the Billboard Hot 100. The song was re-released on the soundtrack to the film Valentine's Day, in which Swift stars.

Chart performanceEdit

"Jump Then Fall" debuted at #10 on the Billboard Hot 100 on the week ending November 14, 2009. It also debuted at #59 on the Hot Country Songs chart dated for November 14, 2009. On that chart week, the song became her 6th consecutive Top 30 song. It also went to number 1 in the itunes top 100 on its first week of being released. This is also Fearless's 5th top 10 song and Taylor Swift's tenth overall. "This song is about jumping then falling into the most magical summer love imaginable," says Taylor Swift in the Fearless Platinum Edition booklet. The song's secret message is "Last summer was magical." "Jump Then Fall" is also her 6th solely written top 20 song.
