The Lorax is a 2012 American computer-animated 3D musical comedy film based on Dr. Seuss' children's book of the same name. It was produced by Illumination Entertainment and was released by Universal Pictures on March 2, 2012, the 108th birthday of Seuss.

Taylor Swift shares her wonderful voice in the film. She plays the girl which the hero has a crush on, he doing anything to impress her like most guys would.

She says she was drawn to Dr. Seuss because she was obsessed with rhyming. She says she is drawn to anything cute, like the characters in the film.

She casts as Audrey, Ted's (Zac Efron) love interest with a fascination for nature. She is named after Audrey Geisel, Dr. Seuss' widow.
